I have an interesting relationship with Valentine’s Day. I think the decorations are usually cheesy, but I was always a huge fan of the class Valentine party, or heart sugar cookies… yum! I’ve been lucky enough to be surrounded by people who regularly show their love and who I can shower with hugs or kisses at any time so that part of the holiday was never a big deal to me. It’s an odd holiday, isn’t it?

My third daughter is hard of hearing, and while she can still function okay without her hearing aids in, there is definitely a communication barrier. I happen to know the ASL alphabet, so whenever we have to spell things I always use sign language for her. We were discussing Valentine’s Day together and I thought it might be fun to have a bit of Valentine’s decor that combined something that was significant to our family with the holiday, and this L-O-V-E Free Printable poster was the result!

I’ve got an 8×10 for you to print for your own home and families! Just print, toss in a frame or stick it on your fridge 🙂

I sent my own file to Costco for a large image for my house, and it is pretty darn cool. And then of course I printed a smaller version for a kid’s room. The big print is hanging out in my entry way!
